I saw from your message headers you are using NetScape Communicator
ver. 4.7         Have you tried the WEB editor that comes as a part of that?
(Look for NetScape Composer on your Start Menu under the NetScape section.)
It is "almost" WYSIWYG, and has built my entire site.
