I just deleted all of my Netscape navigator files. i want everything on IE4
The problem now is when I want to click on to a url that is underlined in an
e-mail message, I get a message box saying "windows cannot find program.exe."
I have Windows98 on my PC
How do I find the program so I can open up these URL's?
