Thanks for the response, Toomas.  You're right; it was filenaming
issue.  Received files had names truncated (ala '95, '98), so some appeared
as duplicates.  Case in question was '98 system uploading to 2kP.  However,
on my LAN, experimented by using same amount of characters to name a file,
then uploading to 2kP system, and filename remained intact.  So my '98
suported long filenames, whereas, the other did not(?).  Once, again, thanks.
