Here are three places that have the Jan 11, 1998 (773 KB) version
4.1a of Regclean:

ftp://ftp.tricity.wsu.edu/pub/pdsoft/win95/Regcln41.exe

Microsoft does not have this posted at their site any longer. According
to <http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q147/7/69.asp>,
"the RegClean utility is being updated. The new and improved utility
will be available for download by Friday, March 13, 1998."

I found the above three sources for regclean by going to
<http://www.download.com/> and putting the word regclean in the quick
search box.
