KillAD, free @ http://www.wplus.net/pp/fsc/ - kills unsolicited
advertising on my computer for already 2 years :)

AtGuard firewall (not sold anymore) does an excellent job of replacing
all advertising images in-page (banners) with transparent images on
the fly... also _extremely_ useful.
