These are not the best instructions in the world (Below), but after a little
fiddling, I now have a new editor (Arachnophilia) opening HTML files when I
click the edit button in IE 5.0
Aftter you have changed the "Edit" action, you may need to go to Control
Panel, Internet Options, Programs and select your new editor from the HTML
Editor list.
I also found it necessary to re-boot to make the action "stick".

Thanks Hugh, but that just tells me how to add the edit button. What I need
to know is how to add to the existing list of editors on the Explorer tool
bar. If anyone else can help out, that would be perfect.
