First of all no two spyware/antivirus programs will agree on what is present or not present in one's computer system. likewise no single program is capable of removing ALL infections and it is often necessary to use multiple programs or even seek specialist help for this.

coming specifically to your question I think we will need specific info about the mame of the worm or the error msg you are getting to be able to offer suggestions.
