Hello Keith,
Tap the F8 key right before the Win98 splash screen appears when booting
your machine. This will allow you to go into safe mode.
Now, please right click on a blank area of your desktop, left click on
properties. Choose the Settings tab. Accept the color settings that are
there now and hit apply.
Now re-boot your computer and go into Windows normally. You will be able
to adjust your resolution and color depth as usual.
