Open Media Player---Open Tools, click options at the bottom of the drop
list------Open the Privacy Tab, At the bottom chick the "Don't save file or
URL History in the player". That should do it.

Subject: Media player

I have windows 98 and would like to know more about the media player. My
question is that we have deleted all the stuff in the playlist but when I
click on files all the files still show up at the bottom of the list in the
temporary internet files. I have a son who viewed some materials on here
that I wish to permanently remove so my other children do not find them. I
have emptied the temporary internet files but these still show up here. I am
not very good at the computer and need some help to figure out how to get
rid of this. If you or anyone can please explain this in a step by step
method.

I also have another question! Sometimes like every second or third time I
reboot the computer it comes up with the appearance of safe mode. It is not
in safe mode but the screen has that same gray color. Once I called support
about it and they told me to reboot into safe mode and go into control panel
and into device manager and remover everything under display adapters and
monitors then reboot. Well that fixes the problem however it keeps happening
like I said on every second or third boot. Can you help me with this also.
Thank you very much
Judy
