Subject: Outlook attachment opens in publisher

Whenever I try to open an attachment in Outlook it goes to Publisher and
cannot open the attachment, even just a .jpg file.  In order to find out
about the attachment I have to save it, then go into Documents, or where
it has been saved and open the file.  There has to be a way of telling
outlook that I want to open the document without saving it to disc.  OP
