Microsoft offers a number of options to help you with problems after
installing SP2. If you cannot get online, call 1-888-772-4357. They warn you
that hold times may be long.

If you can get online, you can start an e-mail request. They also offer a
chat option and recommend you use it. Microsoft is apparently taking these

hi there my sister is running xp pro,and she has a  problum !she doanloaded
sp2 and she said it took 4 hours and now she says that she has a yellow
triangle on the bottom of her page that says her network connection is not
working, but she can still surf the web,any body out there with any answers
on why or what the fix would be and thank you now for any help offerd and
