That's probably inserted either by the destination mail server or the
e-mail client that the receiver is using.

The only way to do this with SMTP is to send multiple copies of the
message (one for each recipient) using SMTP mailing software. This
software is typically used by marketing firms in order to personalize
e-mails for each recipient (by adding their name to the e-mail body or
adding in custom information for that particular recipient).
