with out knowing for sure what program you are using to view the photos,
I'm going to guess Internet Explorer. Most likely it is caused by the jpg
files actually not being where the program is looking for them, or the jpg
files are corrupt.

Try forwarding them to a friend and see if they can view them on their
computer.......
