This changes the place where the Outlook Express mail file itself is
stored.  I believe what the original writer wants is to change the
default folder where an individual email message is saved when you
choose File ... Save As.  I'd like to know the answer to this question
too because the default folder on my PC is the Desktop and I cannot
figure out how to change it.
