Mine is greyed out until I'm working on actual text.  Once the text or text
box is highlighted, the button is colored and active.

I have a question.  How do you set PPT up so that you can see the code
that's produced at the same time you're working on the presentation?  Like
a split screen or dual pane or something, but on the same monitor?
