I am now having a problem with Netscape Navigator4.03 --- It can't
browse! I have re-installed it a few times and even  re -set-up Windows
95b but the Netscape icon is still not activated.  How to solve the
problem??

Luckily, the Netscape Messenger still work, otherwise I won't be able to
send you this email.

Please advise.
