Vince already gave you a site that lists task names, but here is another
solution. Use a freeware program Process Viewer: http://www.prcview.com
This program lists the running processes as well as the program and path
that they are associated with. You can then chose to kill the process by
selecting it from the list. Give it a try.

Everytime I start the computer, the system get hang up by something is
automaticly running in the background? I have to use the Task Manager
to click on the "exploer" for "End Task" and click on "Cancel" to get
back to the Windows.

2. How can I find out which task is belong to which program/application?

3. How do I delete the background task if I know I do not want it?
