Some company restrictions often block an entire site because there is a
potential for inappropriate web pages.  For example, our company blocks all
of Geocities sites since individuals can post inappropriate pages
there.  The company has elected to use the big ax and deny access to all
rather than trying to design other filters.  Similarly because of spamming
they have blocked email from Juno, hotmail and a few other sites.
