Laurence,

    Go to the control panel, add remove programs, click on the Add
remove windows components.  If there is a check mark for outlook
express, uncheck it and restart the system.  Go back into the control
panel, add remove programs, click on the Add remove windows components,
and put a check mark for outlook express this should re-install the
application.

my mother is in a quandary after losing access to Outlook Express 6
(Windows XP + SP2).
She had downloaded a spam program called Cloudmark and after the 30 day
demo period she decided to uninstall it and something in the process
made OE disappear.
She lives in the UK and I'm in Italy, so i can't get my hands on her
computer to see what has happened.
Does anyone have suggestions?
