"I'm trying unsuccessfully to import a customer's address book (.wab) from
an
archive to his new W98SE installation.
I tried copying the file to the default wab location (C:\Windows\Application
Data\Microsoft\Address Book) but that didn't work.
I tried IMPORTING the file into Outlook Express but that didn't work.
All suggestions gratefully received"

Further to my query, I'm wondering if the answer to this might be in
converting the archived wab to a CSV format? If so, does anyone know how to
do this?
TIA
