I have a customer who is disabled and uses a Logitec Trackball. The
speed of
the cursor is too fast even though we has slowed it down as much as we
can
using the Mouse Contol Panel.

Is there an .ini file or .sys file where I can tweak to slow down the
cursor
movement even slower than the control panel settings?

I too am disabled (Quadriplegic), and use a trackman trackball and it
took me quite a while to get the hang of using it.  If her trackball is
the kind that has the small ball on it, she may want to try getting one
with a larger ball.
