System configuration:

Pentium 4  - 2.5GHZ CPU -1GB DDR Memory - 7200rpm Seagate 40GB running XP
Professional with Office XP installed. Norton Antivirus 2002. Norton
Internet Security. Bellsouth Fast Access ADSL.

Have been running XP and Office automatic updates and all updates have been
installed



Starting a couple of days ago, MS Outlook now takes 34 seconds to load as
opposed to just a few seconds previously. This is the only application that
has slowed down.



Any suggestions as to possible cause and cure.
