It looks like Juno is trying to take over the free ISP business.  When my
World Spy announced that they had been purchased by Juno, I switched to
Freewwweb which also was "banner-less".  Alas, within 2 weeks, I was
notified by Freewwweb that they had been purchased by *Juno*!  Now I have
switched to My-FreeNet.  It has a fairly slick dialup interface.  You can
