When I got my first computer... I received an Explorer CD with it. Perhaps
she can find someone who has an old CD.. then that should be able to get 'em
on the net at least. Harriet

Suggesting that she go anyplace on the web and download anything will
not work since her problem is that she can not get to the web. She has
to be able to successfully use IE at least once to be able to download
and use Firefox.
