I am having a terrible time trying to view documents from web pages.  A pop-up box asks me which program to use to open up the file, but when I
click on a choice (I have tried them all) it says that it cannot open it.  I used to be able to see it in pdf, but it is not working.  How do I reset this option to view and download these documents?
