I can't help you with WinXP as I have never used XP but I suscribe to Kim
Komandos daily tip and she covers a lot of topics covering all OS's but
mostly XP because it is more widely used.  Her web site is also extremely
helpful.  You will find it at www.komando.com and you can sign up for her
weekly newsletter and daily tip.  Hope she helps.
