I am helping a friend to install Norton 2002 Anti Virus program. I was
unable to delete her existing Norton 4.0 from her computer. The
following message appeared " Unable to locate the installation log file
C:/program file/Norton antivirus/NAV95.ISU. I tried to Install the
Norton 2002 was unable because of existing program on here computer. How
can this problem be solved? Operating system is Win98.
She think she has the W32.Klez Virus
Please Help. Tnx
