I forgot to give you the error codes to my problem. Here's what it says:

So... Will someone PLEASE help this old newbie, and explain how I can stop this from happening 20 times a day (or even more)? PLEASE? I really need help with this problem, and I've already asked several very computer savvy people, who seemingly know the answers to most of my computer problems, but this one even has them stumped (and one of them repairs corporate computer systems, and the other is a computer science professor at the local university). Is there even an answer for this problem out there somewhere???
