I have run into this when the file gets a corrupted name. Try renaming the
file and then deleting it. There might be "invisible" non-ASCII characters
within the name. Looks like a space, but isn't. Another suggestion would be
to copy the file to an empty directory and use the command prompt to issue a
DEL *.* command. This assumes that a copy operation works.
