Laura,

The only way I know to control fonts in Acrobat (Reader - free) is switch
to Acrobat (writer - which costs $$$s). With Acrobat you can embed the
fonts of your choice so that anyone opening the document will see it with
the fonts you selected. Also Acrobat acts as a publisher so you will no
longer need MS Publisher. (Once you learn it Acrobat is superior to
Publisher or other desk top publishing software.)
