1) Never heard of "In Defense" Stick with McAfee or get Norton Antivirus
2000.
2)I use Norton Utilities 2000 and it keeps my system running clean. I can't
remember the last time I crashed. You may also want to try a program called
RegClean. It's a small program by Micro$oft that checks for errors in your
registry and then fixes them. I use this after every time I uninstall a
program.
