Win32.dll indeed exists, but you won't want it back for sure. This file is
not a system file, it is the virus (MTX) itself. If you get the file from a
friend, then his/her system is also infected.

To clean your system, just delete the following files:

IE_PACK.EXE
WIN32.DLL
MTX_.EXE
WSOCK32.DLL

The last one (WSOCK32.DLL) *MUST* be copied from a clean computer, since it
is a library required to run almost every tcp/ip application. The one
infected by MTX is corrupted and unusable.
