I'm thinking of upgrading from Accent Express to Accent 3.1.
Anyone around
here have any experience with Accent 3.x?  Someone once told
me that it is slower than Accent Express.  Does this mean that it
loads slower (no big deal), or that it responds more slowly to the
keyboard (a big no-no in a WP).
