Subject: Disabling Windows close button?

Is there any way of disabling the Windows '95 close button
(the 'X' in the top right corner) for one specific programme?

We have an application which requires the user to exit via
a menu system. If people use the ' X ' it causes
problems, so we'd like to disable it.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
