Run a search of your computer for nsengine.exe and see where that file
lives. This should give you a clue as to what program is trying to start
every time you boot the computer.
You could either uninstall the program if you don't use it, or run
msconfig, go to the startup tab, and untick everything you don't need from
running at startup. (Start button, Run and type msconfig).
It could possibly be some piece of malware trying to start under a false
name, so run a full scan with whatever security software you have. Your
security software could be killing it at bootup.
It's probably not serious, more nuisance value.
