Was unable to exit Win98 to MS-DOS mode.  Discovered when trying to use
Drive Image 3.0.  Problem was not related to DI3 rather it was related
to exiting to DOS from Windows in general.

In the BIOS - Set up the PCI slot that the Sound CCA is plugged into to
use IRQ 5 and DMA 1 and 5.  Worked fine after that.  The system was
apparently getting hung up when trying to assign IRQ and DMA in SB16
Emulation for DOS mode.
