Did you find the "Norton Cleaners" on the Norton site?
Norton makes you drill down to get to them,
and direct links (posted here) will not work.
They might help. They have some specific types for
"different families of versions" and/or years.

I have seen them posted on places like <http://www.majorgeeks.com/>
but they never worked (for me) "from there". (Always expired...??)
