First, to those of you who took time from your busy lives to answer my
request for an easier more user friendly fax software - Thanks to you all!
I got several, various suggestions.

I did donwload the "trial" version of WinFax 8.0 from the Symantec site and
after a 14 mg download at 28.8 bauds, I was really looking forward to
siting down and unpacking this little beauty and using it for 45 days!

Unfortunately, when I nailed the exe file to run it, I got a page fault
(not unlike my Netscape does) and of course after several tries, I dumped
the program.
Here's the error message I got:
WFX802T caused an invalid page fault in
module WFX802T.EXE at 0137:0040323d.

Can anybody make sense of this?
Does this often happen to demo/trial versions?
Should I go out and buy the packaged version?
What might the software clash with that would cause this kind of error? No
other programs were running at the time the .exe was run!

I have Win95 (no serv packs or special versions), plenty of room (8.4gb on
4 drives) but only 16 mgs RAM. I know, I know - I need to crack the case
open and add on more, but the money and time do not allow for that right
this minute.

Again, thanks for the suggestions as to WHAT - Now WHY?
