The short answer is that HTML does not support only changing
out the content of a single cell within a table without reloading
the page.  The reason is the a link calls for a specific URL reference
and either it calls the page you see or another...

Now, with that said...  you can do this, but it requires the use of
Java Scripting to generate the table, but even then it will redraw
the page, but in so doing it should remain the same except for the
data retrieved to display in the cell you wish.
