Right click on any image you want to use that program with and then choose
the program of choice to open it with and then tell Windows to always use
that program.
Or, go to Control Panel | Folder Options | File Types
find the file extension for your images and choose your program.
Or, open MGI go to View | Settings
and check all boxes that apply to your goal.
