I clicked this url from OE4:
http://www.geocities.com/Eureka/Company/4890/

To my surprise, my IE4 browser returned an error
saying it could not find the requested page, url:
http://www.geocities.com/Eureka/Company/4890/+-AAA-+AEA-

where did this +AFsAKw-AAA-+AEAAXQ- come from?

Copying the url from OE and pasting it on the
address bar opened the page fine without the
strange +AFsAKw-AAA-+AEAAXQ- trailing at the end.

Could someone please explain this.
