I'm helping a good friend. Further on OE at 2 sites, there is only ONE icon

to click on, but there are TWO identities, the main, which works OK, and

second, by Microsoft, which can be read, but NOT DELETED! Right now there

are over THIRTY e-mails stuck there. Does anyone have any ideas or
