Gentlemen: the computer has been down for 3 days, so I am emailing from the mailstation. it went down wednesday night, & while have been able to get to the desktop the past 2 nights, the mouse wont move the cursor anyplace or click on anything, the windows key wont take me to the start button ( & neither will 'control, alt , delete"), & 3 keys. print screen, scroll lock, & pause break keep flashing. what should i do? (by the way, one of your moderators Don Penlington was very helpful regarding a previous question that i had on Zone Labs, & I would like to say thank you to him) anyway since the computer is down, my secondary emails are: [log in to unmask] ( which doesn't take graphics) & [log in to unmask] most sincerely, mary rosaire anderson.
