Try getting it from this site. Follow the download instructions and note 
that the Yahoo Toolbar is included unless to choose not to install it. I've 
included a link for Shockwave also:

I was at U-tube, was told I needed latest vesion of macromedia flash: I 
clicked on the link to take me to the flash &downloaded flash;went
back to U-tube tried to d/l video & was told I needed latest
