Hi Aumor,

Not sure if I fully understand your question, but if all you want to do is
write the vba code to open the histogram, you can just record a new macro,
select the defaults you want, and then open the macro with the Excel VBA
editor (unhide the personal.xls first if this is where you saved the macro.
via Window/unhide). You will then see the vb code used. You can paste this
code into another macro if you wish.

Regards
Mike McNeil

To automate Excel how would you call an Excel defined function eg Histogram
(found under tools, data analysis) in a VBA procedure (with all its
parameters)?
Any help provided would be appreciated
Aumor
