Thanks Tom, I'll follow your suggestion.  But what's bugging me about EZCD
is that it's stopped doing something it did before, ie identifying and
specifying the long files plus giving me the option to truncate them.

I have the latest Nero on my other machine but I wasn't aware it did that.
