I'm trying to install FIREFOX 3.6 after having trouble with a 2008 version conflicting with 3.6
This was my 3rd try! Before & after I searched "C" drive for ALL files including hidden files.
I deleted all that showed up & it doesn't work. I even spent almost an hour in a chat with
a MOZILLA staff, even shut down my firewall & sandbox. When I try to open Firefox, I get

I want an extra browser besides Internet Explorer .       Thank you.
