I agree with Mad Moe Herman (even before I read his response) -  get rid of the download accelerator software. If
you still have no luck, I have DX81eng.exe and would be happy to send it. However, it's 11.5 MB, which may exceed
one or both of our email file size limits, but I'd be willing to try anyway. Let me know off-list if you want it.
