These messages are almost definitely not from your machine at all.
What happens is a virus gets on someone elses machine.  That virus
then pulls two names at random from that person's address book.  It
inserts one as the sender and one as the recipient and then sends
itself out.  So, it's not you who has the virus, rather it's someone
who has you in their address book.
