There are many Html editors out on the market. I would say try using homesite
for html.. You can download a trial verson from  http://www.tucows.com  . This
is a pretty easy program to learn.  I work for an ISP and also do some
webpages.. The best way to learn how html works is to view sources from your
web browser.. Then you can see how the web page is actually put together. If
not try calling your local college and see if the have classes on webpages.. If
so go to there bookstore and purchase some books on html.. If that is a problem
then do a search on html on a search engine
